Help us write our KPIs

20 December 2019

If you're on a business course, or you've worked in a large organisation, you might already know all about KPIs, or key performance indicators.

They're measures that organisations use to show progress in important strategic areas.

In the University Library we're drafting up a new set of KPIs that are linked to the university's strategies, and that should help us to make a real difference to the experience of all our library users.

Some of the KPIs are focused more on our services for students (like whether we deliver taught sessions in courses, or respond to enquiries quickly), others for staff (how quickly we process digitisation requests or deposits in our research repository), and some for the wider community, like school and college students.

We'd love to get your views on what's important to you - and what we've missed. We have an anonymous 2 minute survey, or you can just contact us to give us your thoughts.
