The University Library runs surveys as a cost-effective method of collecting data on issues and themes which impact customers. The largest survey we run, on a two-yearly basis, is LibQUAL+.

Other surveys have been on perceptions of the Library Search catalogue (before and after the installation of a new system) and issues such as use of Library space.
