E-books

The University Library provides access to hundreds of thousands of e-books.

The majority of our e-books can be found using Library search. You can either search for a specific title, or for a topic. You can then use the filters to restrict search results to e-books by choosing: "Full Text Online" and "Books".

It is also possible to search and browse on the websites of some of our e-book providers. This can be useful because there are some e-books which can only be found this way - particularly historical and open access books. Links to these e-book platforms can be found in our themed collection for e-books.

In addition to these, you will also be able to find and access many freely available e-books by using Library Search.
