Elsevier Science Direct article linking
We are aware of an error occuring when trying to link to articles from Library Search (Error code: GURL-3). This has been reported to Elsevier who are investigating. In the meantime, if you locate articles direct on the Elsevier platform, access appears to be working.

Kortext ebook platform : Monday 2nd November
We have been made aware that Kortext will be undertaking necessary maintenance work on Monday 2nd November. Ebooks on the Kortext platform may therefore be unavailable for part or all of Monday.

Westlaw have confirmed that they are experiencing an issue with authentication. Their technical support team are investigating.

SpringerLink ebooks - no access
Springer are investigating problems with access to "MyCollection" titles. The relevant teams are trying to identify the underlying cause to find a solution as quickly as possible.

Cite Them Rite Online - unavailable 1st Octobet
On Thursday the 1st of October 2020, Cite Them Right will be carrying out a required server migration.The migration will be happening between 6am and 8am BST, during which time the service will be unavailable.

Gale are aware of an issue with users accessing resources through Shibboleth on Chrome receiving an “Testing 1,2,3” error site. They are currently working on a solution. In the meantime users can either disable Samesite (chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies) in Chrome or access through Microsoft Edge or Firefox Browsers.

BoB - 6th August
BoB is undergoing essential system maintenance between 08.00 and 17.00 Hrs on Thursday 6th August.
During this time users will not be able to record programmes and programmes might be marked as “unavailable” in the programme guide (EPG). Streaming content will not be affected.

Change of platform for Dawsonera e-books
Most of our Dawsonera e-books have now been transferred to the VLeBooks platform.
We are trying our best to update links from within the Library Search results as quickly as possible. However, until we have completed this work, you will only be able to access these e-books directly through the VLeBooks platform https://www.vlebooks.com/ and choose Sign In with Shibboleth then choose Anglia Ruskin University as the institution
