Known Issues Workaround

Problem:
Empty results screen (off campus)

Solution/Workaround:
Occurs when using IE9. Try enabling the "compatability view". To do this : click on Tools, then click on Compatability View Settings, Type ‘isiknowledge.com’ and ‘webofknowledge.com’ in the textbox and click on Add. You can use the broken page icon next to the address bar to enable the compatibility view option. You need to enable the compatibility view every time you go to WoK – by clicking on Tools/ compatibility View or click the broken page icon.
