Problem:

Unable to export from Proquest databases to Refworks when using IE9

Solution/Workaround:

IE9 is not fully supported by the new ProQuest platform or Refworks. Using a different browser should cure the problem (Google Chrome, IE8 or IE7). If you have to use IE9 run the browser in compatibility view.
