Unable to Login

Solution/Workaround:

Refworks Support have confirmed that Shibboleth access to RefMobile is NOT supported (Shibboleth is the authentication method used to login to RefWorks at Anglia Ruskin). They apologize for the inconvenience and recommend accessing RefWorks normally through your device’s web browser. To do this, make sure to click on "Desktop Version" in the upper right of the mobile login screen
