Problem:

Not fully compliant with Internet Explorer 9. Various problems may occur (unable to type into fields, changes not taking effect, export from a database into Refworks not working)

Solution/Workaround:

Refworks advise using a Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome rather than Internet Explorer. If you do use IE9 ensure "Compatability view" is set, however you may still encounter problems.
