Refworks - New Reference

Problem:

Sometimes, the Required Fields do not display when adding a new reference. Refworks Support have been informed and are able to re-create the problem. They are currently trying to identify the cause and develop a solution.

Solution/Workaround:

The issue can usually be rectified by selecting a different Output Style and then re-selecting the Output Style you actually want (eg Anglia Ruskin Harvard Style v4). You may need to do this a couple of times.
