Lexis News : Application Error

Problem:

There is an intermittent problem whereby, when trying to view a document, the following error is displayed:
Application Error • Lexis®Library is not able to process your request at this time. Please try again later. If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact Customer Service

Solution/Workaround:

LexisNexis engineers are working to resolve the issue. Their estimated time of resolution is on 16th November.
As an interim measure, when students are on the search results list, at the top they will see an option to switch to Classic view. When they click the link the page will refresh to the old Lexis Library results format. They will be able to access the documents from that point.
