Problem:

DawsonEra recomend using Adobe Reader when downloading, as not all PDF viewers are compatible. When using Firefox as a browser, downloads will default to FoxIt Reader.

Solution/Workaround:

After downloading, open the document using Adobe Reader or the Bluefire app for ePubs. A list of compatible devices can be found here at https://blogs.adobe.com/digitalpublishing/supported-devices.
