How we measure this

We look at how users have rated our response by offering a short survey after every online chat with us.
There were 77 respondents.

How often we measure this

These figures are updated annually, and cover the period 30th June 2019 - 1st July 2020.

Comments

We are happy to have exceed our target of 90%. Where we have received negative feedback we have identified these areas and remedied through staff training.
