We examined the enquiries we received over the last 12 months and whether we were able to answer them or had to refer them on to another department within the university.
Enquiries refered to other departments are listed by their percentage.

How often we measure this

These figures are updated annually, and cover the period 30th June 2019 - 1st July 2020.

Comments

This figure shows we were just able to meet this target this year whilst dealing with the extreme difficulties of Covid-19 affecting our users ability to contact other areas of the university.
