How we measure this

We keep a log of any unscheduled downtime for Library based systems and compare this to out uptime during the year.

How often we measure this

These figures are updated annually, and cover the period 1st August 2021 - 31st July 2022.

Comments

We are happy to have exceed our target of 99%. Library systems were offline for 0.2% due to issues with 3rd party authentication systems.
