Access to credible health resources can empower you to make informed decisions and improve your overall quality of life. Health Information Week (HIW) is a nationwide, multi-sector campaign dedicated to promoting high-quality health information. From 20–26 January, visit Chelmsford campus and explore the Health Information Week display, located on the ground floor of Queen’s Building. This year’s campaign emphasises the value of trustworthy information with a focus on topics from winter health to digital literacy.
Can’t make it to the display? No problem! Below are this week’s key themes with links to ARU resources, as well as HIW’s own curated lists of trusted sources.
