Find out what's going on at ARU Library in the New Year
New Wellbeing Area at the Cambridge Campus Library
In past surveys, students have asked us for a space they can chill and relax in. Our Chelmsford campus library has a wellbeing room where you can get some quiet and relax. Ask staff at the desk if you’re not sure where it is. We’ve now added a new wellbeing area to our Cambridge campus library. You can find it on the first floor. Both areas have a curated selection of wellbeing books that you can browse or borrow, plus advice leaflets about ARU support services. We’ve added a jigsaw table and some mindfulness activities to our Cambridge area. If you’d like some quiet time or a break from your studies, you’re welcome to use the new area. Find out more in our Health and Wellbeing Guide. Anything else you’d like to see? We’d love to hear feedback on how to improve these areas.
