The value of interns!
05 September 2023
The library recently employed an intern to conduct UX testing.
My name is Jennifer Okhianosen Osuide. I am an MSc student of Public Health and Community Wellbeing at ARU Chelmsford. I have had the incredible opportunity of working as an intern in the library as a User Experience Engagement Officer for eight weeks.
During my time in the library, I designed and conducted two phases of user experience (UX) research and during both phases I was able to gather information about what you value as customers of the library and the improvements that you believe would enhance your experience using the library space and resources.
You may have seen me on the ground floor of the Queen's building or in the Tindal and Michael Salmon buildings a couple of times. I want to thank you for taking the time to talk to me and provide feedback. Your input is crucial in aiding the ARU library's effort to enhance its services and meet the needs of the university community.
You can read about my findings on the You Said We Did page.
